AgriBility is an inclusive agriculture, wellness, and workforce development program created by SONIA Organics Products LLC and delivered through community partnerships to ensure that youth and individuals of all abilities can participate in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. Built on the belief that everyone deserves access to nature, healthy food, skill development, and economic opportunity, AgriBility combines urban agriculture, entrepreneurship, wellness education, and workforce readiness in an accessible environment designed to support diverse learning and physical abilities. Participants gain practical experience in growing food, harvesting crops, understanding local food systems, developing marketable skills, exploring entrepreneurship, and building confidence through hands-on activities that promote independence, leadership, and community engagement. Located at SONIA Organics Farm, AgriBility provides accessible opportunities for participants to learn, grow, and thrive while connecting with agriculture, wellness, and future career pathways.
